  • With our SPEETTA application, which solves many problems that adL is experiencing on the e-commerce side, we both reduced e-commerce product returns and turnovers and enabled adL to offer a faster and more reliable e-commerce service to its customers. In a short time, thanks to our cooperation, all adL’s orders in Istanbul became operational through SPEETTA. 70% of adL’s orders in Istanbul started to be delivered to customers on the same day, and the next day at the latest.
  • With the SPEETTA Customer Tracking system, we provide instant information to customers who shop at adL about their orders and delivery process and immediately respond to all calls from them. With the SPEETTA Mobile application, we eased the workload of all courier, driver, and delivery personnel working within adL and enabled them to work faster and more technologically.
  • By minimizing the time spent in distribution processes, we made it possible to make more deliveries on the same day. Thanks to our SPEETTA Automatic Route Planning feature, we used the integrated map and road systems to create the most appropriate route so that drivers who will go to more than one delivery point experience the least loss of time in traffic. Our automatic route planning feature is adaptive and is updated instantly with new orders added to the trip.
  • SPEETTA Control Tower offers the opportunity to easily manage all delivery processes from a single center. We have accelerated and facilitated the work of the adL analytics team with the SPEETTA Control Tower, where adL office workers can easily access e-commerce data and access visualized reports in seconds. adL employees, who can easily see which vehicle delivered which product to where on which day, by filtering according to province, district, or product details, can use the retrospective control mechanism. In case of any delivery-related problem, you can use the features in the Mobile and Control Tower to document the problems, better understand the problem with the photos from the courier, and solve the problem as soon as possible.
  • At the end of the day, thanks to the cooperation of adL and SPEETTA, all delivery processes have been made more modern, faster, and easier to use.
