SPEETTA SHOP has been developed to manage the delivery processes from your warehouse or store to your customer’s home – if your customer requests- (with your own vehicles or third-party logistics service) through the mobile application and control tower. It records every stage of your delivery operation from your store to the address specified by the customer. The process begins when your customer requests that his shopping be sent to the address he specified. Then the customer shows the barcode – created by registering to the SPEETTA SHOP application – to your personnel at the cash register. Incoming orders fall into the SPEETTA SHOP system manually or through integration. Order parcels transferred to the SPEETTA application fed with store delivery details are matched with appropriate vehicles. Task assignments are made to drivers who are registered in the system and download the SPEETTA application to their mobile phones.
Drivers start to make their deliveries by themselves or by the route determined by the system. During the cargo delivery, each delivery parcel and driver can be tracked instantly. Each delivery parcel has a unique system ID. You can also contact the drivers directly by using the notification feature of SPEETTA SHOP. In addition, your customers can monitor their deliveries and notify them in real-time via SMS messages.
Your drivers reach customers and make deliveries. At this stage, drivers can call the customer via the mobile application, use the application’s photo function and visually record their delivery transactions. This function can also be used for damaged parcels etc. It is also used to record problematic processes or situations where the customer cannot be reached.
The entire delivery operation is recorded in detail. The Control Tower management screen in SPEETTA SHOP allows you to monitor and report processes with dashboards. This way, you can access a timestamp, geotag, image, and other details that you will use for reporting at any time. Thanks to the detailed data you have, you can better determine the goods acceptance habits of the store and increase your delivery performance.
