SPEETTA SUPPLIER has been developed for companies working with many suppliers. It is designed to manage the delivery processes of the suppliers to the company warehouses (with their own vehicles or third-party logistics service) through the mobile application and control tower. It records every stage of the delivery operation, from the supplier’s warehouse to the company warehouse. Supplier Order into the System & Assigning Task

Companies using SPEETTA SUPPLIER check the incoming delivery appointment requests through the application after defining their suppliers to the system. Deliveries approved by the business fall into the SPEETTA SUPPLIER system manually or through integration. The order parcels of the suppliers – transferred to the mobile application fed with the delivery details – are matched with the vehicles they determine. Task assignments are made to drivers who are registered in the system and download the SPEETTA  application to their mobile phones.

Start of Delivery Process & Goods Acceptance Tracking

Drivers start to make their deliveries by themselves or by the route determined by the system. During the cargo delivery, each delivery parcel and driver can be tracked instantly. Each delivery parcel has a unique system ID. You can also contact the drivers directly by using the notification feature of SPEETTA SUPPLIER. In addition, your warehouses that will accept goods can monitor their deliveries and inform in real-time via SMS messages.

Goods Receipt & POD

Drivers at the supplier’s side reach the relevant warehouse and deliver the products to the person who will accept the goods via the mobile application in the warehouse. At this stage, drivers can call the personnel in the warehouse via the mobile application, use the application’s photo function and visually record their delivery transactions. This function can also be used for damaged parcels etc. It is also used to record problematic processes or situations where the customer cannot be reached.

Process Management & Reporting

The entire delivery operation is recorded in detail. Control Tower management screen in SPEETTA SUPPLIER allows you to monitor and report processes with dashboards. This way, you can access a timestamp, geotag, image, and other details that you will use for reporting at any time. Thanks to the detailed data you have, you can better determine supplier delivery & warehouse goods acceptance habits and increase your delivery performance. You can create an evolving delivery process by learning with the optional BI – Business Intelligence module.
